Return Policy

This rule is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can not offer you a refund or exchange anymore.
 
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It also has to be in the original packaging.
 
Several types of goods are exempted from return. Perishables such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
 
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
 
To complete your return, we need an order number.
 
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
 
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of wear
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and within a certain number of days a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original payment method.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is booked.
If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us for support.
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same article, please send us an e-mail to the support email address.
 
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
